Diet and Nutrition:
You must understand that diet and nutrition will greatly effect any fitness goals you may have and will greatly affect performance during camp. Please make every effort to make wise nutrition choices. |
Please Check if you understand that without solid nutrition it is almost impossible to lose weight.

Attendance Policy:
You agree to show up for every camp session ON TIME unless it is an excused absence from your doctor or approved by the coach. (Please call or email if you are going to miss.)
Also, THERE ARE NO MAKE UPS or PRO-RATED FEE FOR MISSED CLASSES. BOOT CAMP HUDSON VALLEY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE OR REFUNDABLE . There must be a minimum of 10 participants to hold a Bootcamp.
